"Mad Monkey," a video game developed by Shawn Hitchcock, is rising up the rankings of popular iPhone and iPad games. The arcade-style game, in which players catch items that are thrown by a monkey, is ranked among the top 100 best-selling children's games for the iPad after being introduced earlier this month. Hitchcock, who lives in Denham Springs, developed several quiz games for the iPhone before coming up with "Mad Monkey." He spent several months programming the children's game, which is based on classic Atari 2600 games. "We're going to keep on doing more with this game, adding updates, since people are excited about it," Hitchcock says. "Mad Monkey" sells for 99 cents.

Super! Wonderful post. I'll definitely be saving it for future reference. Just 1 thing you might appreciate knowing is that in Firefox, the post seems to display correctly. It seems perfect with IE and with Chrome too, just so you know.
